You can connect Dropbox as a Data Source. Select Dropbox from the Connect data dropdown. You will need a Dropbox account and credentials for Openprise.
When creating a new data source, select Dropbox from the Connect data picklist.
Select the Dropbox account to connect
- Select from an existing account if you've already linked your Box account to Openprise
- Select the Add Credential button to link your Box account to Openprise
If you've selected Add Credential, you will sign in to your Dropbox account.
Then, select Continue to allow Openprise to access the Dropbox account
Lastly, authorize Openprise
Directory or entity: Select the folder in your Dropbox account containing the file you want to import as a new data source (type in the name of the folder to easily locate). We recommend storing files in folders and organizing folders based on projects you're working on in Openprise.
File format and Record Type: Select the file that you'd like to import located inside of the folder you selected in the directory or entity section above and then select the Record Type. *Record Type will only show for a Data Cleaning project.

For an Integration project you will also set up the configuration of attribute types.
Configure attributes types: Select the attribute type for each attribute that was imported from your sheet. Options are: Date & Time, IP Address, Whole Number, Real Number, Text single-value, Text multi-value, and Yes/No.
